I am ok
Search by Izuka Saka course. There seem to be various from about 7000 yen to 25000 yen.
Normally, it's faster to ask the store for business information directly.
Yummy Unagi
Pricey but beautiful interior & good service
Good unagi bento. Pricey. English menu available. Friendly staff. Came here for lunch without making reservation. There was no wait.
Pretty good restaurant. Not sure how authentic, the flavour is quite mild. Unagi in Singapore tends to be basted in much more sauce with smokey flavour. Service is excellent and many tables so no reservations needed for lunch. Pricey. May not go back again but interesting experience nonetheless.
Wonderful service, fair price, the restaurant is old fashion design, very beautiful, from the window you can see the view of the beautiful street. The taste is also nice.
A bit pricely but Unagi Don is very delicious, good service and atmosphere too.
Every time I come to Tokyo to eat, it's a large six-story building that tastes good. Each time it is a point of "heavy weight." Although expensive, but the amount is enough!
Nice service ,nice food!
A traditional and very old unagi (eel) restaurant. I enjoyed the meal and it is just across the road from a beautiful park.
Great place with some yummy dishes. The menu is in English and all the staff speak English. This was very handy as many dishes were new to us. The staff were very professional and helpful. The atmosphere is lovely and the whole layout is gorgeous. The Unagi dishes that this restaurant is famous for were delicious. It was the first time we tasted Unagi so we have nothing to compare it to. Great place to enjoy traditional Japanese cuisine.
Absolutely delicious. Highly recommend ordering the eel wrapped in egg.
You can taste the freshness of the eel and feel the luxury of kimono clad ladies serving you.other than that, I find the food very average and pricey. Have tasted better unagi jyu at lower price at many other places.
it's getting too crowded now. But the staff is still very polite and plesent.
Seems to be run by the pioneering generation. Food is authentically good but abut pricey. Service was excellent. Be prepare for a queue though.
Traditional and authentic! Must try for unagi lovers
I ordered Unaju S(3,200 Yen) and it was very delicious. Quality was good and amount was enough.
Came after a recommendation. Solid flavours and variety. Eel had a smoky-ness to the grilled flavour.
It's delicious but there are too many fishbone.
A bit on the pricier side but their unagi bowls/boxes are delicious
Unagiju is lighter and has less sauce. Can taste the subtle flavor of eel. Of course, unagi is getting more and more expensive due to lack of supply.
Great unagi. Great atmosphere. Price: $$$
Not bad place, a must try for EEL lover. Cozy atmosphere. The known friendly Japanese service. I'm not a eel person, but came along with a friend to try it out.
The unagi rice is superb. But price kind on high side. Unagi with tempura bento cost around 3680 yen. Same goes for unagi wif sashimi bento, 368p yen. We tried to order another bigger set cost around 6k+ yen to share insteaf of individual set but their menu stated each pax must order one set of meal. But the service is good.
Love the Unagi here, vintage and chill vibe. I got the large box unagi with a great amount of food. If you’re going alone, maybe medium unagi is enough for you.
Tasty food, but there were quite big bones in the eel, so it wasn't totally perfect. The service is really nice.
One of the best unaju in my life. Super cozy place, people is very nice and professional.
I love unagi. Its so expensive in Thailand and not cook very well unlike this restaurant. Recommend you to come early like 11 a.m. so you can peacefully enjoy your brunch.
The service felt a bit lacking for the price you're paying but it was anything terrible. The food itself has very good. It's worth a visit.
Pricey, but worth it to try at least once. Right across Ueno Park so not that hard to find. The unagi was good and fresh.
Good food, authentic, quiet, English menu, warm welcome.
Good vibe and nice hospitality. Price is slightly on the high end. Unagi sauce would not overpower the taste of the unagi. You can add more sauce and spice per your preference, as well as choosing different container for your unagi rice, either in a bowl or container. Worth a visit if you are a fan of unagi
Pricey, good food
Nice food. Reasonable but not cheap price.
Nice food, comfortable environment. Price a bit expensive
Delicious eel. Seems to be catering to tourists, but this place has legitimately good food.
The place is very authentic. Famous for their eel menu. Taste is good.
English menu, quiet, delicious. The waitresses wear kimono and the music is traditional melodies. Very authentic, but a bit on the pricey side.
Very traditional and tasty. Keep it up.
the eel is just a little bit skinny, not juicy at all
Lovely place to visit.
So tasty all food.
Nth special
One of the oldest unigi restaurant and this is the original. Nicely decorated, very Japanese styled, with tatami seating also. We were there early and was seated upstairs, right next to the windows, overlooking Ueno park. Ordered the medium sized unigi don. They came in these beautiful boxes, elegantly displayed. The unigi was very fresh, not overly sauced, grilled perfectly, with a hit of the smoke flavor. Rice was a bit wet, soft than I preferred. Service was excellent! Prices a bit on the high end!
Lovely place & delicous dish.
This restaurant is different from other restaurant in Tokyo which usually have limited space and only have 10-20 seats. But Izuei Honten have 7 floors of dining space which can occupy 150 patrons. The staffs are all dressed in proper traditional kimono. This place is recommended for unagi lovers. The unagi were well prepared and the rice were seasoned. The unagi here was pure, fresh and without any adulteration or masking of flavours. They have sansho (Japanese pepper) to put on unagi which makes the taste pungent.
